Welcome to the rental department at Pro Photo Supply. Because all equipment is rented on a first come first served basis, a reservation is recommended and may be scheduled up to one month in advance. For more information please see our
Terms & Conditions. 
The Rental Department hours of operation are:
Monday from 7:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday-Friday from 8:30am - 6:00pm.
Rental is closed on Saturdays.
Weekly Rate = 4 x day rate

Terms & Conditions
RESERVATIONS
Because all equipment is rented on a first
come first served basis, a reservation is recommended
and may be scheduled up to one
month in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
All reservations must be cancelled with a
minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice
are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the
full amount of the rental rate.
DEPOSITS
A deposit for the full amount of the equipment
value, or up to $1,000.00, is required
for every rental. If you do not have an
established account with Pro Photo Supply,
the deposit must be made with a Visa,
Mastercard, Discover or American Express
credit card with a sufficient limit to accept
the full amount of the deposit. The deposit
is made in the form of an Authorization
Hold, which holds funds in the amount of
the deposit for 7-10 days. Cash or a Cashier’s
Check is also an acceptable form of deposit.
CHARGES
All rates shown are for one day. Rentals are based
on a 24 hour period and MUST be returned by 10:00am
on the date due. Friday rentals will be returned the
following Monday by 10:00am for a one day charge.
Rentals returned later than 10:00am will be charged
a minimum of half the day rate. The weekly rate is
equal to 4 times the daily rate. The weekend is
charged as one day. The monthly rate is 3 times
the weekly rate.
PRICES
Prices, deposits and specifications in our
catalogue are subject to change without
notice. Pro Photo Supply’s rental prices are
based on the premise that the operators are
experienced and well trained. Our gear is
professional equipment and is not recommended
to the inexperienced. Failure to
understand the equipment operation is not
an excuse for non-payment.
INSURANCE
Insurance coverage is the responsibility of
the renter and is strongly recommended due
to the high replacement value of most of the
equipment. As the renter, you assume full
responsibility and are completely liable, for
the condition of the rental equipment while
it is in route to you, and in your possession.
Insurance coverage is suggested for high
value or high risk equipment. Proof of
insurance may be requested prior to the
rental, and must include the following:
- Be “all risk” and equal the total
replacement value of all rented equipment.
- Name Pro Photo Supply, Inc. as the sole
“loss payee”.
- Be the primary source of insurance coverage.
- Be on file with Pro Photo Supply before
the rental begins.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The renter agrees to assume full responsibility
for all rental equipment and also agrees
to compensate Pro Photo Supply, Inc.. for
any and all equipment that is lost, stolen or
damaged. This includes paying for all repairs
up to the full replacement value of the
equipment if it is damaged beyond repair,
and paying full replacement value for stolen
or lost equipment. The renter will also be
charged a rental fee for the time period in
which damaged equipment is out for repair,
or until payment is received for replacement
of equipment.
EQUIPMENT
It is highly recommended that you inspect
all equipment before accepting the rental.
Although Pro Photo Supply’s inspections
and maintenance prevent most problems,
it is not possible to predict all potential
problems. Notify Pro Photo Supply
immediately of any problem with any rental
equipment. Failure to do so may result in a
full rental fee.
SPARE BULB & INSTRUCTION
MANUAL POLICY
Spare bulbs are provided upon request. There
is no charge for the use of spare bulbs as
long as the “burnt out” bulb is returned.
However, any missing bulbs, shock failures,
over-volting or bulbs which show signs of
overheating will be charged to the renter.
Instruction manuals will be provided upon
request, and will be charged for if not
returned.
SPARE BATTERY POLICY
Alkaline, Lithium and Silver Oxide batteries
are considered expendable items. Pro Photo
Supply provides rested batteries for each
rental item, but cannot guarantee the
viability of the batteries. It is highly
recommended that you carry spare batteries.
OUT OF TOWN RENTALS
Pro Photo Supply is happy to accommodate
out-of-town rentals. Freight charges are
billed to the renter, and rental charges begin
the day the equipment is shipped, and ends
the day the equipment is received by Pro
Photo Supply. We are not responsible for any
and all delays caused by the carrier, and the
renter is responsible for any and all additional
charges incurred due to late shipment.
We suggest that the weekly rate is taken
advantage of, and the equipment is shipped
out 48 hours in advance (we can not take
first AM deliveries from UPS or FEDEX). All
equipment will be shipped next day air
unless otherwise requested.
“TRY BEFORE YOU BUY” POLICY
If you rent equipment for the purpose of
