About Eric Brody
A photographer can preserve a moment and a place by using a combination of artistic vision and technical tools. Each image has a special meaning, and for each, I can recall the light, the changing weather, and the unique photographic aspects of the scene. Oregon and the west are magical places to capture the extraordinary beauty in simple natural things.
I see the world photographically mostly in black and white. The majority of my images are made with a large format 4x5 camera, but I also use medium and even small format cameras on occasion. I enjoy using film; I develop it myself, and then either print in the traditional darkroom or scan the negatives and print with an archival printer.
I hope you enjoy the images. www.ericbrodyphoto.com |
