Lifetime Reflections Photo Contest
		Call For Entries 3rd Annual 2011 Photo Competition! Elders in Action invites interested photographers to submit entries to our third annual benefit photo contest celebrating the vitality, courage, wit and beauty of time-honored people. Through your creativity, help us forge a different perspective on aging. Be inspirational!! Elders in Action, a non-profit organization in Portland is currently running their third annual benefit photo contest, Lifetime Reflections. Contest deadline is 5:30 pm April 15, 2011.

The purpose is to inspire people to think about older adults in positive ways through the creativity of photography, and to raise funds for their Personal Advocate program.

Contestants are asked to send in a $12 participation fee for up to 3 photos. See details on the web at www.eldersinaction.org.

All prizes are courtesy of Pro Photo Supply and SunMan Media. Judging will take place in May, and winners will be notified shortly after the deadline. We will present awards to winners at "Voices of Our Elders", a public performance taking place on May 14th at 2pm at the Artist Repertory Theater. See website for event details.

Rules & Requirements:

• Send any size photograph up to 8x12 (no slides or photocopies).
• Label each photograph with entry form with submitters name, address, phone number, and email.
• Include a $12 participation fee for up to 3 photos. Checks should be written to Elders in Action. Proceeds support our programs assisting time-honored citizens.

Deadline: Entries must be received by April 15, 2011 no later than 5:30 pm at either:

• Pro Photo Supply 1112 NW 19th (at Marshall), Portland, OR 97209

Winners will be notified by phone.

All entries become the property of Elders in Action which may, at its discretion, copy, edit, publish, use, adapt, or modify entries in any manner, in any media, without limitation. Entries may be placed on public display. Submitter does not relinquish rights to use photo in any way. Entrants take full responsibility for legal compliance, and obtaining release forms if needed.
